From San Francisco:

Take Highway 101 South to Highway 156. Travel West to Highway 1 and proceed South to Monterey. After arriving in Monterey, take the Casa Verde exit and turn left onto Casa Verde. Follow Casa Verde to N. Fremont St. and the El Castell is at the intersection.

From Sacramento:

Take Highway 80 West to Interstate 680, then South to Highway 101. Go South to Highway 156, then West to Highway 1 and travel South to Monterey. After arriving in Monterey, take the Casa Verde exit and turn left onto Casa Verde. Follow Casa Verde to N. Fremont St. and the El Castell is at the intersection.

From Modesto:

Take Highway 99 North to Interstate 205 going West. Travel to Interstate 580 West and then on to Interstate 680 going South. At Highway 101 go South to Highway 156 West and on to Highway 1 South. After arriving in Monterey, take the Casa Verde exit and turn left onto Casa Verde. Follow Casa Verde to N. Fremont St. and the El Castell is at the intersection.

From Los Angeles:

Take Highway 101 North to Salinas. Take Highway 68 West to the Monterey Peninsula from Salinas. After arriving in Monterey, take the first exit before entering Highway 1, which is the Fremont Street exit. The El Castell is at the intersection of N. Fremont St. and Casa Verde, which is the first stop light on N. Fremont.

North from Highway 1:

Traveling north, take the Salinas exit followed by the Fremont Street exit. This last exit will place you on Fremont Street itself. The El Castell is at the intersection of N. Fremont St. and Casa Verde, which is the first stop light on N. Fremont.

South from Highway 1:

Traveling south, take the Casa Verde exit and turn left onto Casa Verde. Follow Casa Verde to N. Fremont St. and the El Castell is at the intersection.

West from Highway 68:

Traveling west on Highway 68, take the exit for Highway 1 North, then take the Fremont Street Exit. The El Castell is at the intersection of N. Fremont St. and Casa Verde, which is the first stop light on N. Fremont.
